WISD’s Kindergarten Roundup is Thursday

Weatherford ISD’s Kindergarten Roundup is scheduled for Thursday at each of the district’s seven elementary schools.

The roundups take place from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., and again from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Parents and guardians need to bring the child’s birth certificate, immunization record and proof of residency in the WISD in order to register their child in kindergarten.

Kindergarten students must be 5 years old by Sept. 1, 2013. The parents or guardians of students must also be residents of Weatherford ISD.

Students will register at their home attendance zone campus. For information about which elementary serves your address, go to for the online Campus Locator, or call 817-598-2803.
