Wreck kills Weatherford man

A 28-year-old Weatherford man died at a Fort Worth hospital from injuries suffered in a vehicle wreck Friday evening, according to the Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office.

Cody Waller, 28, died at 10:47 p.m. Friday at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth. The wreck reportedly occurred in the 1200 block of South Brazos Street in Weatherford.

The ME's office said Waller died at Harris Methodist Hospital from blunt force trauma injuries to his abdomen and pelvis caused by a vehicle collision with a fixed object.

Details about the crash were not available from Weatherford police.
