Q. What is the city’s biggest problem and how can you help solve it?

A. The lack of business is our biggest problem. I will continue to work to bring the right kind of business to Aledo. Legalizing alcoholic beverage sales will help.

Please note: This does not include allowing liquor stores!

Also, the City of Aledo continues to allow variances for small housing lots. This allows builders to construct houses on lots narrower than specified by ordinance. Adhering to lot size ordinances makes for more attractive neighborhoods. If elected, I will work to enforce lot size minimums.

Q. What makes you the best candidate for city council?

A. I am a business-minded conservative. I have the education, background and experience to make a positive difference for the City of Aledo.
