The income people are making will be appropriated in a direction that might take money out of the hands of small, locally owned businesses or some people may no longer be able to see the doctors they trust that are right here in Weatherford under the new health insurance plans. The effects are real, even if you’re not experiencing them personally.

The consequences of good men and women doing nothing are enormous. Your votes do matter.  If all the people in Parker County vote, then we have a sense of knowing where this community stands, and that it stands together on one common value that we call individual liberty and the unalienable rights that are protected under the Constitution of the United States.

You can register to vote at either the county annex or the Department of Public Safety office where you get your driver’s license. We need to make it clear that we will hold our representatives at all levels accountable to the people who elect them.
