'Experimental' helicopter crashes in far southeast Parker County

PARKER COUNTY — A Fort Worth man is in critical condition after crashing what a Department of Public Safety spokesman described as an "experimental helicopter" at Bourland Field Airport, just north of Cresson in far southeast Parker County, Saturday afternoon.

There are few details available now, but there will be more in the Sunday Weatherford Democrat. The man was air-lifted to John Peter Smith hospital in Fort Worth, said  DPS spokesman Gary Rozzell.
