Cristy Renee Hicks, 37, of Brock, was arrested Monday for sexual assault of a child after engaging in a sexual relationship with a 16-year-old male, according to the probable cause affidavit.
An investigator with the Parker County Sheriff’s Office was notified by a person that Hicks may be involved in an inappropriate relationship with the male after multiple people reported they witnessed Hicks and the victim kissing on multiple occasions, according to the affidavit.
On July 10, a Parker County sheriff’s deputy interviewed Hicks.
“Affiant located and interviewed the defendant who confessed to having sex with the victim at her residence,” according to the affidavit. “On July 11, affiant met with the victim at the Children’s Advocacy Center of Parker County, where the victim advised that he had sex with the defendant on multiple occasions in various locations. The victim recalled the first time he had sex with the defendant was [May 14] at her home in Brock.”
Hicks was arrested on July 15 and booked into the Parker County Jail on a $50,000 bond, but bonded out the same day.
