This Labor Day, yoga studios throughout the Dallas/Fort Worth area will open their doors to offer free classes as part of the 13th Annual Free Day of Yoga Sept. 2 as a way to welcome people of every age and every fitness level to try yoga for the first time, experience a new style of yoga or share yoga with family and friends.
Indra’s Grace: A Yoga & Meditation Studio will be participating in the event at its Weatherford location just off the square at Houston and Church streets. Classes will be held at 9 and 10:30 a.m. to help raise awareness of all the physical, mental and emotional benefits of yoga. All ages and all levels welcome.
